THE BENEFITS OF FRUIT

Pineapple is recognized for its richness in bromelain, a proteolytic enzyme which facilitates the digestion of proteins.
Studies have shown that this enzyme breaks up blood clots and prevents their formation. It is a good way to fight against cardiovascular disease.

Pineapple promotes blood pressure regulation by its richness in potassium, calcium and manganese combined with its organic acids. It contains a lot of soluble fiber which helps lower blood cholesterol levels.
