Lemongrass
Lemongrass is an evergreen herbaceous plant that can grow up to 1 meter tall. Its foliage and fleshy stem give off a strong lemony scent.
Its foliage is persistent, sharp, with a strong lemon scent. The base of the leaf stems is white, swollen and fleshy.
Lemongrass from Madagascar is sterile. Its multiplication is done only by division of the tufts.
This plant is traditionally used in infusion.
